    Hi all, I want to ask for some advice for this photo. Is it acceptable? Or need further cropping?

    Cropping is OK. The photo maybe a tad soft.

          Thank you, so photos taken at overcast days like these can hardly be accepted even if I increase the contrast more right?

            I think the point is that it's quite difficult to make the contrast 'more right' with such weather conditions.

                Ok to upload? Sure, it's the proper size. Would it be accepted? Probably not, due to issues with softness and contrast.
