    Contrast does look like it might be fixable on this one, yes by strengthening the dark tones. It is also soft and somewhat noisy, so you will need to be careful with that as well.

    What category will this shot fall under? Wing view or Airport category -> airport overview?
    Both categories can be selected, but there is noticeable window reflection/glare visible, so the image will be rejected regardless.
