  • Morning,

Can I ask what is wrong with the contrast issues with this photo before I appeal, the aircraft is under direct sunlight and the histogram seems fine to me? https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=9052487

    Thanks!

No need to appeal. Contrast is a bit harsh, but nowhere near bad enough for a rejection. I've already added the photo.

        Thank you for that!

I have a question, I had two photos of the same shot in the queue by mistake, both were rejected for double upload. Is this right? Is it not possible for one to be accepted/rejected and then the second to be rejected for the double upload? (https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=9052650 photo in question)

Yes, as you can read here:

          https://forums.jetphotos.com/forum/a...milar-in-queue

our standard procedure is to reject both images.

Very borderline for contrast, might even be backlit - but can't really tell with that paint.

                • Evening,

Can I have some guidance on this, maybe agree with the horizon correction with the attached photo, the taxiway has quite a runoff slope here, so its hard to judge a horizon.

Needs CCW rotation. This is a CARGO aircraft.

                    • Afternoon,

Would this be rejected for obstruction or is it just about acceptable?

                      Cheers

Borderline for the grass, but definitely obstruction from the APU(?).

Cheers, almost. GPU (ground power unit). APU is in the tail of the aircraft

I'd like some clarification regarding the backlit rejection on this photo, had it been taken on the other side of the aircraft, then it would have definitely been backlit, but I was on the more sunnies side with the sun over the rightsholder, which can be seen on the nosecone of the aircraft, with a brightness adjustment would this photo be acceptable?

Here's a video of the arrival from the other side to give you an idea of what I mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7IR...tionHighlights

                            Cheers

Image has already been appealed. As such, there will be no further comments from crew.

I'm just confused when there are plenty of photos in the database of aircraft nose on to the sun being accepted
