1. blurry/out of focus
2. soft
3. overprocessed (editing halos)

So for photos 2-5, what should I do/edit? (e.g. add contrast/brightness?)

To increase the chances of them being accepted, you should edit them to address the noted issues. Since there are different issues for different issues, editing/correcting them all in the same way might not be productive.
