Aircraft are all dark and have poor contrast.

      • Dear screeners

        Another one was rejected

        Cause: Horizon unlevel

As far as I know, the best reference to the horizon is the higher buildings, because they are usually vertical to the ground,in this picture, I compare the tall buildings in the back, and very careful adjustment to every pixel.I want to know how screeners determine the horizon standard

        thanks.

Background buildings appear to be leaning right. CCW rotation is needed.

Through software and zooming in, I think the background building is not tilted.
            The runway itself is inclined.
Maybe it's the slanting runway that causes visual errors.

When I made some CCW adjustments, the runway was horizontal, but the background building would tilt slightly to the left, which was not obvious at 1280px, but it was easy to see when I zoomed in.

Should I take care of the runway or the verticality of the background building? Or find a balance?

Always use the buildings in the background as reference.

In the last post, #1-3 you gave the opinion that the borderline oversharpened. I reduced the sharpening editor. Is it better now?

                      Would be acceptable for me.

In this post, #116 layers, I've sought editorial advice.

                        LX-A343 replied looks good.

Reason for rejection: over processed / bad postprocessing

I'm quite satisfied with this 748, I'd like to know the specific points, and I guess it can be improved.

                            #1 Horizon and #2 Contrast and #3Composition I'm not sure it's appropriate.

                              1. horizon looks ok to me
                              2. borderline contrast, but would be acceptable for me
                              3. again borderline, but I think you've cropped close enough to the tail & stabilizer that it would be ok for me, but as with any borderline call, others may disagree.
