Hello guys, I recently have a high dynamic shot (mostly cloudy situation and only spot light on the a/c).
I would like to have some feedback on it.My major concern are overexposure and too much contrast.

Yes, you might run into contrast issues, but I think you've done a fairly good job trying to balance the scene. You could try boosting the shadows a bit, but don't go overboard.
