Recover photos without watermark

I have a situation. I was robbed and they took my external HD, and I lost all my digital photos between 2012 and 2014.

Is possible to recover the photos of my account that was uploaded and accept at JP database without the JP watermark?

I’ve spent a while digging around, I don’t see a way to do it on the users side at least. Not sure if administration people can do something about it, but that’s a big bummer. Hope your other stuff, and most importantly you are ok.

Unfortunately no, watermarks are placed upon upload, and no other version of the image(s) is kept.

Sorry to hear that you have lost your photos.

Just to repeat what Dana mentioned above- we do not keep the original version of the photo so unfortunately we do not have a way to get the original photo back.
