    General photography tips, or editing tips?

    For the former, you are likely to get better results if:
    1. you shoot when the sun is at a better angle (this will help with the contrast/backlighting)
    2. you get closer to the subject - if possible (this will help with noise/softness, as cropping a lot makes them show up more easily)
    3. try to learn the limits of your equipment (this will help with the softness/vignetting)
    For the latter, the image lacks contrast, which can be added in post-processing. The other issues (softness, noise, vignetting, backlighting) are likely to be more difficult to fix.
