I would say try and get the plane to the centre of the frame then worry about the compression afterwards.

When you're saving your final edit, make sure the save quality is set to maximum. Anything less will start to introduce compression, and based on how badly your images are compressed, I'd guess it's currently well below maximum.

Image is heavily compressed and poorly centered, the same as all of your previous images. Are you making any effort to change with your editing?
