I said borderline soft, not contrast.

No, poor contrast due to overcast light. You could remove the markers, but that would be considered manipulation, and you would be banned from uploading.

3-4. the problem in contrast in what too much or too little, I can illuminate the shadows

As I said, poor contrast due to the overcast conditions, so probably not fixable.

Would be ok for me, though the EK is a touch soft towards the left edge. Looking again, might want to crop a bit tighter on the left side on the first one too (cropping the bus won't matter).
