I'm asking because, for me, this type of rejection is a little subjetctive on this kind of angle, since sometimes I don't know if cut off is consider to not include landing gear, or cut part of the engine or even cut the airline name. Long story short, I just want to know why this was consider cut off. Thanks

Subjective decision, but I probably would have voted reject as well. It's neither a close up nor a wide view.
