I have been trying to upload a photo and it was rejected for quality. On every device looks great and as soon as it goes to site to upload it pixelates and looks horrible.
but as you can see here it looks good.

This image is indeed not suffering from compression, but 'looks good' doesn't really apply. There are multiple quality issues unrelated to compresion that would preclude this image from being accepted.
If you want to post an example of the 'pixelated' version, that might be helpful. If it is indeed much more compressed than this one, it would be an issue on your end, since images do not have compression applied upon upload.
That’s weird since I don’t compress any files. Maybe it’s a window 10 thing on upload. And please explain the issues with the photo so I know what to correct in photos.
This happens to me every time I upload a photo. It's just the preview on the upload page. If you look at it in the queue or in the database there is no pixelation or compression. I don't know what causes it but that's just how it is.
Ok thanks I thought that’s why the photo keep getting rejected is because it pixels out.
As I mentioned above, there are multiple other quality issues that would lead to this image being rejected, none of which are related to compression, but at least we've eliminated that option now I suppose.
Honestly, with the light the way it was when the image was taken, I don't actually think this image can be salvaged. The aircraft is nearly, if not completely, backlit and the light itself is quite strong, leading to very harsh shadows over most of the aircraft. You could try lifting the shadows, but with the overcast background, this will likely lead to the aircraft then being washed out. Best bet would be to get another image taken in better light to work with.
