I´m not screener, but in my opinion..

1/2-Lack of contrast (Fixable)
3- Contrast (plane in shadow, not fixable)
4- Contrast and horizon
5- Horizon

Beetween 4 and 5 I´d upload the number 5 after correct the horizon.

If you take a look at the buildings in the middle and left side of the last photo, they are horizontal.

I'd hope they weren't horizontal, but vertical In any case, they are all leaning right, so the horizon is definitely off.

I fixed (I think) the horizon, increased the contrast and brightened the photo a bit, is it okay now?

I opened both at the same time before answer you, and for me were absolutely the same. And as I said, it´s fixable, just follow the histogram
