    To me personally, it looks as if it has way too much noise reduction causing a weird effect to it.

    This will be subjective. It would mostly depend on how many other shots we have of it clean. If it's a new reg, then should be ok, but if we have 10+ recent images, then yes much more likely to be a problem.

    Yes, the left side (tail area) is soft/blurry, as I previously indicated.
