Pre-screening/ editing advice

Hello everyone,
Recently I had this picture of the first A321 NEO for MEA rejected for the following reasons: "Dark/Underexposed and Undersharpened (Soft)"
I tried to do some amendments and the attached picture is the result. Do you think it will be accepted?

Light is very poor due to the cloudy/overcast conditions. I don't think this is fixable, sorry.

I just have some questions to address regarding the attached photo (first flight from Beirut of the new A321 NEO for Middle East Airlines and featuring the company's new livery) as I am looking forward to uploading it today.
1- Is it correctly cropped, centered and horizontal?
2- Any editing advice to amend?
3- Do I consider it as a hot photo when uploading in order to quicken the queue process?
I really need your help in amending any errors as it is the very first picture of this aircraft on jetphotos and i really want it to be accepted.

1. cropping/centering/leveling look ok
2. image is soft/heat hazed, overprocessed (editing halos), and sensor dust is visible
3. if it is a new reg., then yes it qualifies for hot

I really appreciate if I can receive a feedback on the photo (cropping, centering, leveling, sharpening, any other editing advice).
