It can have plenty of causes one can be shooting to jpeg, which you have stated, that you don't do.
Other is editing, please tell us what you have done with the shot, what is your workflow, what all sliders you have used, etc.
And what was the workflow for the overprocessed shots?
The halos can originate from hoghlights and other sliders, maybe also stuff like dehaze and whatever else.
And what was the shot before and after?

I tried to shoot in aperture priority leaving it not too closed. The problem is reduced, but it is not completely eliminated. Thanks to those who can answer me
That depends on your workflow, as it can have many causes, we can only guess.
However I would like to ask you whether you are shooting jpeg, or raw?
