due to the position of the sun shining from the back on the aircraft the aircraft appears to be a tad dark. But it is not too bad for me - i would give it a try.

Definitely would be a contrast rejection. Not fixable.

Hello my dear! How is it going? I hope well. I need one more feedback on this shot. I'm starting to try night shots in flight, but when checking for dirt I noticed artifacts in the sky. Are they a problem for the acceptance of the shot? If yes, would you please have any tip for me? Other than that, is there any other reason for rejection?

Dark, oversharpened, and yes noise/compression in the sky. The latter is likely due to either your camera settings, or your processing.

Some heat haze/contrast/sharpening issues. Don't really think the quality is there for 1920pix, but they might work at lower resolution.
