          No, all have issues with softness, noise/compression and contrast. All issues would again be related to your camera, unfortunately.

            Okay, in a few weeks I am going to receive my 1st DSLR and I hope this will improve my pictures in order to get my first accepted photo...

                      Hello, the following pictures have unfortunately just been rejected.
                      1. Saturation/Hue
                      2. Oversharpen (ed), Saturation/Hue, JPG compression artefacts

                      Are the pictures salvageable?
                      Must I improve on too high or too low saturation?
                      Should I start an appeal?

                        A bit red on the first and yellow on the second. Should be fixable.

                                There are issues with contrast, compression, horizon, and sharpening. Only #2 seems easily fixable, as it needs just minor adjustments to sharpening (less), exposure (more) and horizon (CCW).
