Horizon is off on both; second also has issues with contrast.

I have edited the temperature of the picture so hopefully the yellow should be gone now. Im not really sure how to go about fixing the image being flat so i added a little bit of contrast so hopefully this is better?

Slight improvement over the previous.

A touch yellow and flat, but otherwise should be ok.

Thanks for the advice, I have re-edited No.2 would it be considered ok? Pretty new to editing with lightroom.
