All of them have issues with color, contrast, noise, and most importantly softness/blurriness.

Is it possible to have these 5 pre-screened?

I tried to improve the sharpening on a couple of the night shots from before, but I don't know what else I could be doing to make it even sharper

                  Can I have these 5 pre-screened?

What could I do to improve night panning attempts like No.1?
For No.3 I'm not sure if my white balance is correct.
No.4 and 5 were shot during blue hour, is there anything I could do to fix it? (The sun set behind me when I was shooting)

Can I get a pre-screen on these 5? Mainly worried about overall quality due to a large amount of cropping

A fair amount of noise is visible in all images. 4 might be the easiest to fix, though 1-2 might also have a chance with some cleaning up.

I was looking through some older compact camera pics and thought I'd try (with the help of powerful noise reduction and sharpening programs) to see if I could make them acceptable

                          Can I get a pre-screen on these?

Other than dust spots, quality looks fine to me but some of those are pretty big and will be difficult to remove.

Yeah, there was a fair amount of dust spots, I will see what I can do about them though

Again, more old compact pics. I've tried to clean the dust but it's tricky
