Pre-screening advice

I always find night shots a bit hit and miss and I am 50/50 on whether this is acceptable so would like some feedback from a screener. Specifically exposure, sharpness and noise if that's okay? Image is sized at 1200px and is attached.

I bit soft, but probably acceptable for the conditions. The noise however would likely be too much of an issue.

Thanks for that information. Do you think if a bit more noise reduction would give it a better chance of acceptance or would you say this shot will never be acceptable? Thanks!

I'm not sure I would say never, but I don't see how you could clean up the noise and retain a good amount of detail at the same time.
