Dark, soft, and horizon is badly off.

            Hi,
Horizon is off and. it's really too dark and I doubt you can improve the general contrast.

            Regards
            Alex

Looks a bit soft/blurry in spots, but don't think noise is a big issue.

                    Would be rejected for horizon.

                        • Hi, would you please prescreen the following images?
Should I select the "Night Shot" category for picture no.1?

Both images are quite soft, and Night Shot would apply.

                            • Thanks, are these pictures fixable by adding more sharpening or are they just too soft to become acceptable, no matter how much sharpening I will apply?

Apart from being soft, are there any other issues concerning the aforementioned photos?

Depending on the quality of the originals and your editing ability, they may or may not be fixable.
