You would need to since it would otherwise be rejected. Again, not sure the quality is there, so will only comment one more time on this one.

Some soft spots, but would mostly be ok for me.

For the future should I post my RAW file straight from the sd card and the edited version, so you can see if the quality is there?

Up to you, but that would only tell you if it's worth the time to try to edit it, not its chances of acceptance. Chances of being accepted only for finished/edited images.

I tried fixing the horizon and exposure for some of them, I’m unsure if there is editing halos visible, can someone let me know of the defects?

Third is still a bit soft, but otherwise ok for me. The others have contrast issues (among others) that as I said, make them difficult to fix. Will not comment on them again.
