Have a look at the banding in the sky above the aircraft. Tricky to deal with, but the way I do my best of get around it is process the RAW image as a 16-bit TIFF and then just before saving, drop it to 8-bit JPG.

Thanks! That is exactly how I'm processing my photos. But it seems this one is a bit too tricky to deal with
