No, it would be rejected for horizon and centering at least, and possibly contrast and noise as well.

Contrast is not really fixable; the light was overcast when you took it, and this is not something that you can fix with editing.

Not screener, my opinion
1 contrast, crop including the pushback car too
2 maybe backlit and heat hazed
3 - 4 obstructed
5 don't see problem for me
