Soft, a bit dark, and lacks contrast. Given the light/weather conditions, the contrast issue will be impossible or incredibly hard to fix, I'd say it's not worth your time (or upload slots) trying to get it right.

Hey! I made some corrections. What do you think now?
Ive changed the size of the picture and added a bit more sharpening and tried to remove the noise.
Do i still need to edit a bit more?

Still a bit soft. Noise shouldn't be an issue.
