Image is soft, overprocessed, and shows some vignetting.

soft = needs to be sharpened
overprocessed = editing halos visible. stop doing whatever is causing them
vignetting = use a more closed down aperture next time, or a better lens

The biggest issues here are vignetting and contrast. The vingetting relates to the lighter corners that are visible. The contrast is a lack of contrast issue. The image has a hazy/milky appearance overall. Maybe this is due to hazy weather, but it needs some darker tones.

Vignetting wouldn't be an issue for me, but the contrast is still pretty flat. Not sure that will be fixable.

A bit too much vignetting correction, there's a dark circle in the middle of the frame. Not going to comment on this one any more since the contrast issue is not fixable.

                          Hello, I'm not a crew.
Transavia shows vignetting where its corners are brighter
Easyjet is backlit, we can see that its tail in shadow and unacceptable in this case.
                          Happy New Year!

Unfortunately not, I would have go home/change location during spotting in that sunlight direction case. Good day
