There are halos all over the aircraft and a lot of colours in the image (check for dust tool) but only one similar colour if seen using our naked eye - grey sky
I have no idea how there can be lines in the sky, perhaps try to attached the raw image here?

If you see through "Check for dust" tool you can see curve lines passing through above of the tower to the right it result in bad postprocessing

Very poor light. Best to leave this one and try another taken in better conditions.

Not a screener, but from my perspective, this lacks contrast and shadows and also looks like the framing is incorrect. I think this sits high in the frame. Try using the fuselage as the centering point and center it that way. Hope this helps
