Hi, I am wondering whether I should appeal this photo or not. If I expose it a bit more then the sign at the bottom left corner would be totally white.

Close to acceptable for me, but I suppose a little brightening would help. Appeal is your decision.

Both might need a touch of CW rotation, but would otherwise be ok for me. Night Shot can be used.

Vignetting correction seems to have been the problem. The banding is gone, but there is now some vignetting visible.
