Good day everyone. These pictures got rejected and I believe that the Aer Lingus is not soft and that the Lufthansa picture is levelled. I wanted to know if its worth trying to appeal the pictures. Thanks in advance.

              Not worth it.

Gut says rejected for backlit. The tail is in shadows.

Hello, recently I was having a lot of issues with JPEG Compression Artifacts. Can somebody tell me why I get them and what to do about it? Thanks in advance.

I may be wrong, but it probably is due to your photo not being ‘sharp’ enough or not the best quality

The original images are very sharp and the quality is also good.

Too much compression perhaps. Read up on JPEG artifacts, it may help you understand why it happens.
