Where in this photo is soft? Where always in this photo are present noise or grain? Explain it to me...
Looks as if the photo was taken at quite a distance or cropped heavily - or both. This would severely degrade the quality of the image. It seems you've tried to oversharpen it to hide the poor quality, and not only has this not succeeded, it has introduced a lot of noise to the image.
Start with better quality, and you'll find it much easier to get images accepted.
Maybe i wrong way to edit this photo. I want upload the original photo so i think you can see better the situations. If is possible to have a potential to accept photo with a correct editing?
