Hi, image is quite soft (even a bit blurry towards the tail). It would certainly be rejected.

A bit soft, especially towards the tail. Otherwise no big issues.

I don't understand why genre is wrong. The registration is military. About contrast, i think it is good. I hope to receive an explanation.

It is not yet operated by the military. Poor contrast due to lack of direct light.

Sometimes, yes. In this case probably not.
