    It is not yet operated by the military. Poor contrast due to lack of direct light.

    Could be vignetting in the photo?
    A bit soft, especially towards the tail. Otherwise no big issues.

    Hi, image is quite soft (even a bit blurry towards the tail). It would certainly be rejected.
