    Hi all,

Although, I'm shooting planes for some time, I started to upload only recently. Personally, I like photos that were taken in not ideal conditions: low light (night/evening), bad weather, etc.. Now, some questions.

    Photo #1.

Evening shot (I think ~30 min after sunset). Bright sky, dark airfield with gray planes. This photo was rejected with reason: "Dark/Underexposed". But it is "night photo", I'm puzzled how to make it "normal", higher expose will make sky not very natural/overexposed.

    Photo #2.

This one was rejected due to "too much or too little contrast".

Again, rain + ba weather, so background indeed has little contrast, on the other side side - I think the plane itself fine. Any comments?

    Photo #3/4.
I'm in doubt, shall I try to upload them at all.

P.S. I wanted to hide photos under spoiler, but see no tools for that.

#1 is indeed underexposed, although night shot you should be able to make out aircraft details. you may want to use layers to attempt to do said in photoshop but that is dark (even for night shot
#2 is rain, pretty hard to get an accepted photo in that light condition. same goes for number 4.

here's my personal two cents although I'm pretty new to the JP game so i'd wait for someone else more experienced to come by and double check.

      1. sky is fine, the problem is the ramp itself is just too dark. don't think this can be fixed.
      2. yes poor weather leading to poor contrast overall. Not really fixable either, especially considering should have been rejected for obstruction as well.
3-4. both a bit soft/blurry; fourth borderline for being too dark as well.

Fine, there is 2nd version when sun is further down, so expose was 2 steps longer.

Better, but still borderline at best.
