good afternoon, i dont understand this rejection, why the photo is bad quality? does that mean it's unfixable? the dust spots are the weird colored pixels on the sky? can someone please help?

The screener(s) involved left a comment about dead pixels in the sky, which would be the reason for the quality rejection. If that is in fact the case, it might be difficult to fix.

Don't see any dead pixels, though there noise reduction is a bit heavy for me.

A touch oversharpened perhaps, but would be ok for me.

Can't really tell on the horizon. Contrast is a bit harsh, but otherwise would be ok for me.

Colour looks ok for 2, and while maybe a bit soft, it is not blurry. 4 might need a touch of CCW rotation, 5 horizon looks ok to me. What do you need with for the others?

just a regular pre-screening, i asked about these specific things on #2, #4 and #5 because they were concerning me the most, for the others, i think they would be ok, but i still would like a regular advice/pre-screening on them because i'm not 100% sure.
