Bad Motive Rejection- Recognizable faces

Hi, Are we allowed to use a small Healing brush to disguise recognizable face in picture? Nowhere else!

No, it's not allowed to blur faces.
However - visible faces are allowed in case of pilots/crew or people in the distance during airshows. Example picture from you would be more helpful here
