dotto - pre screening/rejection advice

Hey everybody, i'd like a little help with this rejection: https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=9720062

I don't understand why it was rejected for dark, histogram is fine and it doesn't look dark visually speaking. Can a screener explain to me why it was rejected? Many thanks.

PS: I'm not receiving emails, so if there's any screener's comment on the rejection, i can't see it.

Exposure seems to be ok to me, but the white balance is off - maybe that got mistaken for it being underexposed. Horizon is off as well.

Color and horizon are ok for me, though this one seems a bit softer towards the nose.
