    Hello everyone!

I have just had this photo rejected for lack of contrast. Is there anything I can do with it, or is the weather just too murky?
    Thanks

Hi, it's more of a too much contrast issue but the weather really isn't helping. I'd perhaps wait for a sunnier day and try again.

Totally wrong. We just love people to understand histograms and level adjustments...

... And that if you can't get a good contrast with the above knowledge, then it's because the conditions were too bad and it's better to not upload.

I wouldn't put any effort trying to get that Archer in the database. Like mentioned before, better to try on a better day.

        Regards
        Alex

          Hello again!

I took this picture last summer and I've been umming and erring about whether the sunlight is too far above the aircraft or if this is acceptable from a backlit or lighting perspective?

Any other tips would be great! Thanks

This would be rejected for dark/contrast.

Hello. Just wondering whether this pic is ok from a contrast perspective. Light cloud coverage but sunlight breaking through. Thanks

A bit dark, but should be fixable.

Very borderline for contrast. Technically backlit, but I think you've got an angle that shows enough of the front that might not be an issue.

                        Contrast, borderline soft.

It is ok with neither, nor with the centering/crop.

Hello. Picture of Stansted Control Tower. Is there too much heat haze? Thanks
