All shots should be level, this includes window views where the horizon or building verticals are visible and cabin/flight deck shots. Well I typed a whole big reply out, but since I've decided that this thread is my daily anger management challenge, I will just leave it unsaid. Thanks for challenging my self control periodically, and making me question the point of continuing this.
Where you were standing when you took the photo. If not at an airport, then typically "Other location - XYZ". If you were in fact flying when you took it, then 'Inflight' was correct, and you may appeal.
