I don`t touch the highlights, shadows, clarity, or similar sliders. "HALOS" - what is this?

These are editing halos usually caused by highlights and other sliders, I guess it may be even caused by some camera settings, maybe d-lighting, not sure, whether it can originate by plain shooting into jpeg.
Next to that, the shot is dirty and to me, it seems to have dark contrast.
In the corners, there is also vignetting.

I can see the "halos" pretty clearly. You literally CANNOT touch the highlights, shadows, clarity, or similar sliders. You can basically adjust the brightness and the contrast.
