Hello, would this shot be acceptable, or does it need some improvements?
it is another cloudy shot, but this time, the background clouds were at least dark enough.

Very borderline for dark/contrast. Not sure it can be improved with editing.

Thanks a lot, yes, my camera does tend to shoot a little bit towards the warm colors and I forgot to cool the shot down
I'll fix it before uploading.

I have re-visited the bulls formation and added more contrast, and it seems much better to me.
Question is, isn't it too hash now?

Better. I still don't think the quality is there, but might have a 50% chance now.

Looks soft/blurry and oversharpened to compensate. Also noisy and borderline contrast.
