          Once again, please read here:

          6. Try to attach the exact images you plan to upload to your post (i.e. don't upload unedited image unless asking for general advice). Links to images that require too many click-throughs will usually be ignored

Sorry, you had told me to upload a cropped but otherwise unedited file to see if my original was too soft. Maybe I misunderstood.

Ah... my bad then. Too many threads to keep track of

The tail was really the soft area, which is cropped out here, but from what I can see it should be sharp enough to get an acceptable edit from.

Sorry, could you comment on the Citation? I forgot I had posted that one a few comments back as well.

                        1. dirty, borderline (harsh) contrast
                        2. soft, cropping/ratio
                        3. (harsh) contrast
                        4-5. dark, borderline soft

I think #2 was cropped to much to salvage, but the rest should be workable?

I've got more...going through older photos.

I read your comment on a stickied thread from years ago about people basically spamming every day and I start to feel like maybe I'm doing that. I think I'm getting a better idea of what works and what doesn't and understanding what to look for, but I'm still unsure sometimes. Anyways, if I'm getting annoying you can let me know
