I checked the file size of this photo, and I think from the perspective of size, this photo should be ok.
What is the method that screener use that to identify a photo has compression issue? Because the background of this photo is not sky, I have no idea of check for dust tool can help or not.

Don't see any compression issues, but there are several others (horizon, blur), so perhaps it was meant to be a different reason.
