On the first one I'm uncertain about the horizon, second one the contrast, third one the sharpness and fourth one the horizon and sharpness.

      Thank you as always!

            1-2. soft/blurry
            3. heat haze/noise/compression

#3 may be salvageable at a lower resolution.

              Thanks a lot!
I guess the first one isn't salvageable in that case.
But what about the second and third now?

                1. soft/blurry, noisy
                2. heat hazed, oversharpened

                  So they're probably not fixable?

Definitely not fixable in such a huge resolution. Try as minimum 1280px, if doesn't help, then 1200px or 1024px.

May be fixable if lower resolution is used, in my honest opinion.

Contrast too harsh, and horizon might be a bit off.
