Ok thanks. However, can you please tell me why not?

Sure, but in the future please try to be as specific in your requests for prescreening (as we request here). You simply asked if they would be acceptable, and that was the reply you received.

        1. soft, contrast
        2. soft/heat hazed, horizon
        3. soft, horizon

Only the third might be fixable.

Hi, none of these are editable for here:

            1. heat hazed
            2-4. backlit (among other issues)

                1. soft/heat hazed
                2. backlit/dark

Regular backlit images will very rarely be accepted here, so please don't ask post them asking for advice.

Okay, thanks, that's interesting. I have the sharpness slider set to about 80 for each photo.
Any suggestions on how to improve it?

Without seeing the original(s) to see what you're starting from, I couldn't really say.

These are the orginal JPG files.

Not a screener, but I would say these are just soft by its nature; possibly out of focus/vibration/slow shutter speed/lens issue. Also, shoot in RAW/NEF format so you preserve all the data related to your photos.

Thanks for help. I shot in RAW but the forum doesn't let me upload that's the reason of the JPG's. The shutterspeed was between 1/500s and1/640s.

Those are extremely soft, and probably not fixable.

Shooting in RAW will make no difference for this type of flaw, so this advice is not really useful here.
