    This image would be rejected for color, contrast, and overprocessed. Shooting through window glass will always make it a lot more challenging to get a good shot, and is best avoided if at all possible. This one might be fixable, but I'm not sure it's worth the effort you would need to put into it.

    Bad color (blue/green tint), contrast (sky is too bright), I don't think that is fixable, but if you want to try, add more exposure to the photo.
