Added a little bit of contrast and sharpness. Not sure how much sharper I can get it at the 1280px limit.

Cropped in a little bit more, figure I can use more of those few pixels on the aircraft.

          Vignetting, borderline dark/soft/centering.

In case, that you have an issue with an image not being sharp enough, it is actually advisable to go for a lower resolution, than the maximum you can upload.
Potentially you can up to 1024.

Tried correcting the vignetting a bit, as well as a tiny bit of exposure and sharpness.

I don't think the problem is with the image not being sharp enough, the original is pretty good. It's when I downsize it that it looks worse.

Borderline soft/(weak) contrast. Editing halo also visible from vignetting reduction.

Added a bit more sharpness and contrast, as well as tried working with the vignetting. Would the halo result in a rejection? I can't see it in the actual photo, just in the equalized view.

Still soft/dark. 50/50 whether halo would cause a rejection.

                      Hello,

This image was rejected for Bad Color (Over/Under Saturation, Hue)/Too much or too little contrast, and I was looking to see what adjustments can be made and if it is worth a shot to put it back in the queue again. The colors are from the camera and the contrast seems decent (Maybe a bit too much?) to me.

                      Any advice is appreciated.

Hello, not a screenerer, but I guess, that the contrast rejection has something to do with the fact, that the histogram is missing any darker tones and the whites do also seem to be kind of lacking.
When I compare this shot to others of the same registration, it just seems to me, that the blue is mostly a bit darker than here, so I would say, that the exposure could be lowered a bit.

Thanks, yeah I do see that now. I haven't been using the histogram as much as I probably should have.

So I assume using the whole histogram is usually what's desired? Without clipping the edges, of course.

I tried adding some whites, contrast, and removing some from the blacks, the histogram is a bit better, but from this kind of angle where the aircraft is banking and with winter sun being pretty low, most of the plane is lit up so it's hard to get a lot of blacks. Seems like pushing the blacks further down would just look overedited.

seems a bit better, what if you try to just slightly lower the overall exposure and if needed turn the whites a bit up?
However I'm also kind off worried about the slight halo, that is forming around the tail. (present even on the original)
On the other hand, I'm not sure, whether this could be considered an editing issue as it is not mentioned in the list.

Slight blue tint and contrast a little weak. The latter would have been fine for me.

I doubt anyone looked at the histogram on this one, it's actually not used that often, especially when considering contrast.
