I'd like to have a prescreening of this picture (in my opinion the best out of those 5)

Image is soft and borderline dark/harsh contrast.

In some photos there are some birds so I will remove them but appart from the birds, what do you guys think

There are issues with color (green/cyan tint), horizon, centering (too low), and possibly softness.

still some color issues with a visible green tint on the first 3 images.
pic 1 and 2 also look a bit soft. Pic 4 looks acceptable.

All a bit dark, especially 2-4. Borderline crops on 2 & 4 as well.
