    Still see a few marks in the sky, but not sure they would be enough for a rejection.

    I have tried using Ps and clone stamp tool and do you think this is now acceptable? Both edit and dust spot removal. I have encircled them where they were approximately.
    Also I usually use LrC for editing so didn't really know how to use it properly. Will really appreciate if you can give advice or link for a video on clone stamp tool ,^^,

    I disagree with that rejection, but that's how it goes sometimes. You can appeal, but my opinion won't matter (unless I get the appeal).
