I don't really understand what Over Processed/Bad postprocessing is.
All I did was adjust the levels and slightly increase the saturation.

Where does Over Processed/Bad postprocessing appear?

Are the JPG compression artefacts the "jagged" lines on the wings and horizontal stabilizer?
Can that be fixed by changing the resolution?

Yes, likely the jagged lines were likely seen as an effect of compression.

Unfortunately lots of problems with people receiving emails. System has never really been fixed by FR24.
